Zinc/Zinc Nickel

The CAP Technologies EPT process can deposit zinc and zinc nickel at rates up to 2m/second. Coating thickness in the EPT process is controlled by adjusting the speed of processing. Our coatings are uniform and accurate because we do not depend on wipes to remove excess coating. CAP coatings are ductile and can be drawn directly up to 97% reduction in an area with no intermediate step, such as patenting, without any delamination or loss of coating.
